About UsWhat is KGN ?
KGN is the first association for Korean professionals in Germany and was founded to promote the exchange of ideas and experience among members and to build up a national and international network of Korean professionals. KGN cooperates closely with other Korean organizations and associations in Korea and Germany.
KGN fosters networking and discussions on current topics around Korea. It provides the ideal forum for the exchange of ideas and information on topics of common interest among its members, for meeting representatives from the world of Korean business and politics and for having a lot of fun together with other KGN members at our social events. b. History
The foundation of KGN was decided in November 2000 at a meeting in Frankfurt, Germany. Mr. Byung-Joo An, who had previously participated in a conference in Korea for overseas Koreans and wanted to pursue the idea of a global network of Korean professionals on a national and international level, was the driving force for the implementation of this idea. c. Our Vision
The commitment and dedication of its members, the executive board, the advisory committee, the sponsors and its partners are vital to KGN. We aim to promote the interests of Korean professionals and support the cultural and economic exchange between Korea and Germany.
